Initial conversation
A short readiness call to understand the business, the pressure and whether I am likely to be useful.
The first conversation is free. A basic proposal and assessment is free. If paid work makes sense, the scope, timing and cost are agreed before anything starts.
The aim is to make the next step easy to understand, not to lock you into a long contract.
Pricing guide
These are guide prices, not a trap. Complexity matters more than turnover alone, so every proposal explains what is included and what is not.
A short readiness call to understand the business, the pressure and whether I am likely to be useful.
A short written view of the likely issue, recommended next step, scope and cost basis.
A defined review of one area such as feeds, tracking, PDP readiness, POAS, reporting or agency activity.
Half-day or full-day working sessions, leadership alignment, team mentoring or follow-up support.
Hands-on support to move agreed actions forward after an audit, sprint or workshop.
Ongoing senior support where the business needs regular bandwidth and judgement.
Typical day rates
Turnover is a useful proxy, but not the only one. SKU count, number of channels, feed complexity, internal stakeholders and speed of turnaround all affect the work.
Smaller and mid-market retailers
Typical starting point for retailers under £20m annual turnover with a manageable range and a clearly defined scope.
Larger or more complex retailers
Typical starting point for retailers over £20m annual turnover, or businesses with more than 3,000 SKUs, complex ranges, multiple markets or heavier stakeholder needs.
Fixed-scope work
Best for readiness audits, feed and signal sprints, workshops, pilot projects and defined diagnostic work.
You will know what the work is, what it costs, what I need from you and what you should expect back before you commit.
